Couples will find Queen & King size sets offer much more usable sleeping space than smaller beds with only slightly more cost. Listed below are our standard sizes. We have added a new size called Super Queen for those people who want more sleeping space than a regular Queen, but do not want a King size and who would like to keep their existing head and foot board. The extra 6 inches of width make a big difference in sleeping area. We use a special ortho-support board on top of a Queen boxspring to support the extra 6 inches of width. Queen deep pocket sheets will fit this size. Please remember we also specialize in Custom Sets, which can manufacture any size or shape – call or email for details.

We manufacturer Innerspring mattresses in 16 models with firmness choices from Ultra Soft to a Super Firm model we nicknamed “The Rock.” Innerspring mattresses are no longer just round coils with foam padding for cushioning. We now use new state-of-the-art Lura-Flex and Mira-Coil continuous coil spring systems, which are designed by computer and research testing to offer.

  • More Support
  • Less side-to-side motion (the hammock effect)
  • More Durability
  • More Firmness Options

Individual coil action virtually eliminates motion transference. Each pre-compressed coil is encased within a premium quality, non-woven fabric pocket that is closed with sonic welds. The springs are secured to a durable, yet pliable, stabilizer panel, which is glued to the top and bottom of each encased coil. Result? A tightly locked unit which eliminates “roll-together.” Because each spring works straight up and down, the unit conforms to each sleeper’s body for undisturbed, quality sleep.

Latex pure foam rubber mattresses offer a comfort level and feel unlike any other mattress on the market today. Latex has the unique ability to dynamically conform to your body’s every movement throughout the night so that you are assured optimal orthopedic support in any position. The plush soft surface feel, combined with deep support makes this quality option for someone who has been sleeping on a mattress that is too firm. By analyzing the pressure between the body and the mattress, latex foam mattresses significantly reduce pressure points, which can mean less tossing and turning which leads to morning muscle ache.

Visco Elastic foam was developed in the late 1980’s as a very unique polyurethane foam which reacts to persons touch and temperature to offer an extremely unique slow recovery feel. The initial sensation is the slow recovery soft surface feel with excellent support underneath. It offers the ability to conform to any body shape with no motion disturbance to the sleeping partner. It is very comparable in quality and durability to latex foam mattresses. Most people report feeling less skin pressure than on traditional innerspring beds.
